Hosted by Cowichan Family Life Association, the Resource Bus is evolving as a community project. Modeled after the successful WOW bus in Parksville BC, the bus makes regular stops in the Cowichan Valley where young children aged 0-5 board with their parents/caregivers for early learning fun. On board is a StrongStart program and resources such as toy and book lending, clothing for tots, and community service providers. The bus has the potential to strengthen families and neighbourhoods.
